SMS & Messaging Terms

This page describes how Think Bold Solutions LLC (thinkBOLD Solutions), the company that operates Realtor Connect Pro ("Realtor Connect Pro," "we," "us," or "our"), uses SMS text messaging, both messages we send directly and messages sent through our platform by the businesses that use it. It applies alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Program Description

Realtor Connect Pro's own text messages are sent by thinkBOLD Solutions, the registered sender for this program. They go to:

Prospective and current Realtor Connect Pro customers, for account verification, billing and payment notices, onboarding steps, appointment reminders related to your Realtor Connect Pro account, and customer support responses.
Contacts of businesses that use Realtor Connect Pro. Realtor Connect Pro is a software platform that real estate agents and teams use to communicate with their own clients, including by text message. If you have received a text from a business using Realtor Connect Pro, that message was sent by that business, using Realtor Connect Pro's platform, to a number that business has on file for you (see "Platform Messaging" below).

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the notifications you have opted into. Typical volume for most users is a few messages per week. Message and data rates may apply.

By providing your mobile number and opting in, for example by checking the SMS consent box during signup, or by texting in to one of our numbers, you consent to receive text messages from thinkBOLD Solutions (Think Bold Solutions LLC) related to your Realtor Connect Pro account. Consent to receive SMS is never a condition of purchasing any product or service. The consent checkbox is unchecked by default; you must actively opt in.

Opt-Out (STOP) and Help (HELP)

Reply STOP at any time to any message from thinkBOLD Solutions or Realtor Connect Pro to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages from that program. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at support@realtorconnect.app.

We honor STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT as valid opt-out keywords across all Realtor Connect Pro-originated messaging programs.

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data collected for messaging purposes with third parties for their own marketing use. Opt-in data is used solely to deliver the messaging program you signed up for and is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Platform Messaging: For Businesses Using Realtor Connect Pro

If you are a Realtor Connect Pro customer and use our platform to send text messages to your own contacts, you are solely responsible for:

Obtaining valid, documented consent from each recipient before texting them, in a form that satisfies the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines.
Including required disclosures (business identity, message purpose, frequency, "Msg & data rates may apply," and opt-out instructions) in your own opt-in flow.
Honoring opt-out requests from your contacts immediately.
Using the messaging features only for lawful purposes, consistent with our Acceptable Use Policy.

Realtor Connect Pro provides the technical means to send messages; it does not verify or guarantee that any individual customer's use of those means complies with applicable law. Realtor Connect Pro reserves the right to suspend messaging access for any account whose use risks carrier compliance for the platform as a whole.
